Delivery & Setup IncludedThe ultimate wedding entertainment experience.

We deliver and set everything up — two JBL PartyBox 520 speakers, Nebula Cosmos 4K SE projector, 150-inch screen, Salsa 2 iPad photo booth, two wireless microphones, speaker stands, photo booth backdrop, two JBL PartyLight Sticks, and two JBL PartyLight Beams.

We place both PartyBox 520 speakers on their stands — one for ceremony audio, one for reception. They pair via Auracast for true stereo left/right sound.

The Nebula Cosmos 4K SE projector and your 150-inch premium freestanding screen are positioned for your ceremony slideshow or reception movie night.

We set up the Salsa 2 iPad photo booth with backdrop — guests walk up and tap to start. Photos, GIFs, and boomerangs are sent via text or email.

Guests tap the iPad screen to start. Choose photo, GIF, or boomerang mode. After the countdown, digital copies are sent via text or email — the iPad needs venue WiFi for sharing.

The Salsa 2 booth is powered via USB-C — keep it plugged in at all times. The ring light brightness is adjusted with the control dial on the back of the booth.

The two JBL PartyLight Sticks and two PartyLight Beams sync with your speakers for a coordinated light show on the dance floor.

Two wireless microphones are included for ceremony audio, speeches, and toasts. They auto-connect to the first PartyBox 520.

Dim the lights, press play, and enjoy. We return at the booked time to pack it all down.
How to pair speakers via Auracast
Press the Auracast button on the first PartyBox 520, then on the second — they pair as stereo left/right. Then pair your phone or the projector to the first speaker via Bluetooth.
Only one speaker playing?
Pair your phone to ONE speaker — the other follows via Auracast. Don't pair to both. Check your phone's Bluetooth settings.
How to connect microphones
Turn on each wireless mic — they auto-connect to the first PartyBox 520. Use the MIC knob on the back of the speaker for volume. Point mics away from speakers to avoid feedback.
Mic squealing (feedback)?
Point mics away from speakers and turn the MIC knob down. Keep mics at least 6 feet from speakers.
How to use the photo booth
Guests walk up and tap the iPad screen to start. Choose photo, GIF, or boomerang mode. After the countdown, digital copies are sent via text or email — the iPad needs venue WiFi for sharing.
Photo booth has no power?
Confirm the USB-C power cord is firmly connected to the booth and the wall outlet. Test the outlet with another device, then unplug the booth for 10 seconds and reconnect it.
iPad screen is frozen or unresponsive?
Wait 10 seconds, then tap the screen once. If it still does not respond, press the iPad power button once to lock it, press it again to wake it, and reopen the Fiesta app.
Photo booth app closed?
Return to the iPad Home Screen and tap the Fiesta app icon. Do not change the event or template settings after reopening the app.
Camera will not take a photo?
Make sure no message or settings window is covering the photo booth screen. Return to the event's start screen and try again. If the countdown still will not begin, close and reopen the Fiesta app.
Ring light not working?
Check that the booth has power, then turn the ring-light brightness control dial on the back of the booth slowly clockwise. If the booth is powered but the light stays off, unplug it for 10 seconds and reconnect it.
Photos look dark or washed out?
Move the booth away from windows, spotlights, or bright lights aimed directly at the camera. Keep guests facing the ring light and wipe the camera lens gently with the provided microfiber cloth.
Text or email delivery not working?
Check that the iPad is connected to the venue WiFi. Digital sharing requires internet access; if the connection is weak, try again closer to the WiFi router.
Photos are not appearing in the gallery?
Confirm the iPad has a stable WiFi connection and allow a few minutes for uploads to finish. Do not delete photos or change gallery settings.
How to turn on the projector
Press and hold the Power button on top of the Nebula Cosmos 4K SE for 2 seconds — the Google TV home screen appears with auto-focus and auto-keystone.
How to connect the projector to WiFi
From the Google TV home screen, select the gear icon (top-right) → Network & Internet → choose your WiFi and enter your password.
Projector won't turn on?
Press and hold the Power button on the Nebula Cosmos 4K SE for 2 seconds. Make sure the projector is plugged into a standard outlet.
Picture washed out?
Dim the lights or wait for full dark. For outdoor setups, wait for full dark after sunset. Projectors need darkness for the best picture.
Blurry projector image?
Nudge the projector — autofocus re-runs automatically. You can also press the Focus button on the remote.
No sound from projector?
Press the volume up button on the remote. If you're using the PartyBox 520s, make sure they're paired to the projector via Bluetooth.
Light show not working?
Press the Light Show button on each PartyBox 520 to cycle through patterns. The PartyLight Sticks and Beams sync automatically with the speakers.
Battery life?
The Nebula Cosmos 4K SE requires wall power — plug it into a standard outlet. Each PartyBox 520 runs up to 15 hours on battery. The Salsa 2 photo booth requires wall power via USB-C.
Your package includes the Nebula Cosmos 4K SE by default. If you upgraded to the battery-powered Nebula Mars 3, it runs up to 5 hours without a wall outlet — perfect for outdoor ceremony setups.
How to turn on
Press and hold the Power button on top of the Nebula Mars 3 for 2 seconds — the Google TV home screen appears with auto-focus and auto-keystone.
Running on battery?
The Mars 3 runs up to 5 hours on a full charge. For longer sessions, plug it into a standard outlet — it charges while in use.
Battery dead?
Plug the Mars 3 into a standard outlet with the provided power cord. It charges while in use — no downtime needed.
Projector won't turn on?
Press and hold the Power button on the Nebula Mars 3 for 2 seconds. If the battery is fully depleted, plug it in — it charges while in use.
Using a Roku stick?
Plug the Roku stick into the HDMI port on the side of the Mars 3. Connect the Roku's USB power cable to the USB port on the Mars 3, or use the included USB power adapter plugged into a wall outlet. Switch the projector's input to HDMI using the Source/Input button on the remote. Follow the on-screen Roku setup to connect to WiFi and sign into your streaming apps.
Roku remote not responding?
Point the Roku remote directly at the stick (not the projector). If it still doesn't respond, unplug the Roku stick for 10 seconds, plug it back in, and wait for the Roku logo to appear. Re-pair the remote by holding the pairing button inside the battery compartment for 3 seconds.
No sound from Roku?
Press the volume up button on the Roku remote. If using external speakers, make sure they're connected via Bluetooth to the Mars 3 or wired to the projector's audio-out jack.
